Live Rock How Long ?

how long can live rock last without water or flow over them ?

i want to use live rock rubble in my overflow but recently we get power cuts that last for 2 hours, when im home i can start the generator but when im not there,theres no water going over the rubble.will it create die off ? and push nitrtite and nitrate ?

Rock will be fine for 2 hours without flow. Fish and corals... Maybe, maybe not, depends on the stock levels of the tank.
