I have a 75 gallon with several different types of live plants. They have been planted for about a month. A few of the plants are not doing well. Substrate is fluorite with a top layer of sand. Flourish tabs put in sub according to the instructions. Lighting is LED (bought light on ebay, unsure of name but it says it's for live plants) on for 11 hours/day.
Do I need better lighting? These plants were doing fine initially but have since started turning brown/yellow.

It looks like the terrestrial leaves are dying off, which happens when the plants are grown out of water and then put into an aquarium.

They also need more nutrients. A liquid, iron based aquarium plant fertiliser would help. Get the iron level to about 1ppm (1mg/L).
I used Sera Florena but there are other brands.
