Little White spots...they're alive...

I've just noticed in the last couple days a bunch of little white dots "walking" around on my rock. The rock has a lot of algae on it, and on the top are about 20-30 little tiny white specs, but if I watch them closely I can see them moving around. I have never seen them before.

I have 3 guppies, 1 red eyed tetra, and a yellow snail (about 1").

Anyone have any ideas of what they might be?

I saw a similar post around here a while back and they turned out to be planaria. A quick google search for images should give you something to compare with...
