Little White Creatures

when i got home from work there was a bit of algy on the glass, it was like grass, is that normal? it wasnt the same as normal algy. and there were tiny white bugs that you could just about see, there were hundreds of them, any idea?

The white bugs were either detritus or copepods. Did they crawl on the glass or just lay there dead? Look closely cause some might crawl, and some might not . Was this algae by chance in an area where powerheads are pointed at the glass?

yes they were all moving. no i only had one power head in the tank and it wasnt pointing at the glass. it was on the ground aswell.
