Little Advice Please

I have a platy whos been bullied, i started noticing it when his fins looked all nipped and ragged, anyway the bullys gone and hes in the hospital tank recovering, The bullied fish's scales have all risen up and hes very small and skinny conpared to the platys i got at the same time as him, is this caused by the stress of been bullied?

Scales that are raised could be a sign of dropsy but usually the fish bloat up and you say your's is skinny so it can't be that. Do you have a pic?

Ill try and get a pic, they never want to upload on here though! and ive tested my water everythings looking good, its definately because hes been bullied, very strange how hes just like stopped growing though and the rest are plump and about 1cm bigger

Liz, a decent sized pic6ture cannot be uploaded here. Instead you sign up with one of the photo hosting sites like photobucket and place your picture there. Then you copy the IMG code for your picture and paste the resulting link here just like it was so much text. I use this picture as a demo, it is a picture of a juvenile harbor seal that I spotted on the beach in Oregon a couple of years back. If you right click the picture and look at the image info, you will see where I have it stored and a few details about things like the pixel count in both directions.
