Limnopilos Naiyanetri Crabs On Way

i just got some of these 5 for £20 i know lot of money but hoping they will breed in the hex tank
I sooooo wanted them cos they look really cute
Cant wait for them to arrive now

my hex got 15 pygmaeus,7 habrosus,30 brigitte rasboras,cherry and CB shrimp ,apple snails oh and 4-6 cory fry 2 weeks old to be moved to rekord when bigger

So they should be ok in there with the floating plants , moss , fern and other plants

Ahh makes sense now I have always thought of them as BW bee shrimp just like CRS are really selectivedly bred bee shrimp.

i got different shrimps spread amoung my tanks but hopefully if i can get these crabs to breed can spread these amoung them too
looking for yellow shrimp at the moment to go with the dwarf green and the assorted tigers

the fish i have with them are micro rasboras 1cm ish and pygmy corys and these dont even eat the tiny shrimplets so they should be ok , if i see the larve i will see about removing the larve and crabs to a net

You know my pygmy corys ate my CRS shrimplets. You might not think this but mine is a much smaller tank and whenever the shrimp dropped, only 1-2 would survive and since moving the corys out the tank is teeming with them.
