Lights Not Working - Juwel Visio 260

Hi everyone,

I've had a Juwel Visio 260 now for about 18months, had to replace both bulbs once but thats it really. This weekend the lights have stopped working altogether, I have tried a new fuse & new bulbs but neith have worked. I have checked & there is a voltage at the terminals where the bulbs slot in but its only about 1volt.

Is there a starter unit in the light box anywhere that needs replacing or is it a whole new lighting rig?

Before you start doing anything with the starter, have a look at the in-line on/off switch. My lights suddenly stopped working last week when they were on, so I cut the switch out and put a plug on the cut wire - it worked again.

Don't forget that removing or replacing the switch, or opening the bar to get at the starter will invalidate your waranty - it's 2 years isn't it? That might be your first port of call, if you still have the receipt.
