hi, i think a lighting topic would be good as there are a few different types and it can get confusing if your a begginer (like me ) to choose which lighting best suits your aquarium.

no i mean make a list of all the advantages of the different types of lighting you can get T5s T8s and LED etc and what watt lighting you need for certain aspects such as for better plant growth higher watt lighting helps

I really don't know that much about lighting. I know about lighting tubes, but when it comes down to LED's i don't know a great deal.

I'm all up for any member to write a article on anything interesting, something that the forum is missing. If then they post it and highlight it to us, it may get a pin on the forum.
