Depends really on what you are looking at keeping...
I think you would be ok with softies, but i wouldnt try LPS until i was certain they could handle them...Certainly no SPS...

Well from what the desc says, then it sounds like you get the whole thing...If your unsure email him...If it was just the bulbs, then surly it would say? Email him/her

Since your tank is shallow, those lights would also prolly be just fine for LPS

Ive used those T5's on LPS corals they do fine under them as long as the tank is under 15inches - 18inches deep, And you use a attinic bulb as well.
