Hi all
I am just a beginner don’t now much about plants apart from C02 and fertilizer from what I am reading light is also important I have a Juwel rio 125 35cm 80cm 45cm with one daylite 18w 590mm tube and one warmlite 18w 590mm tube could anyone tell me if they are sufficient or should I change them?

Hi daffer , there is a pinned article on lighting at the top of this section, this should give you a good idea where to start, Juwel tanks dont really come supplied with enough light for planted tanks, you need to add more usually, do a search for Georges journal in this section also, he also uses a Juwel rio 125 and has upgraded the lighting, i am sure you will pick up some good tips from that.
