What kind/how many watts of light should i be running for healthy fish and live rock and for the best colours in the fish. I currently run an aquarium and plant grow light but im not sure if this is what i should be using and i have about 2 watts per gallon.

i believe that would be enough but when you get to corals ull need lots more. see my post tittled Ill Be Going To Marine Soon. my tip for now is besure to do lots of research before you get any of the equipment. Nav, SH and Chac IMO are really experienced and will have lots of info. just feel free to ask.
