Lighting To Use For An 18x10x10 Clear Seal

Well, i bought this tank the other day for my betta, pics in the betta forum. Ive bought one of those flourescent clip on lights from ebay for it but i dont think it will be up to the job. What lighting can i do for this tank that doesnt need a hood.

buy another clip on, or buy a starter/ballast (T5)(if your interested in plants) and then they have little clips on the side where the tube ends slot onto the glass
