Lighting Times

I have a 6 x 4ft t5 luminaire. The lighting is split into 2 sets of 3 tubes.
2 x actinic and 1 Blue Plus.
50/50 blue,6500k and a 14000k.

What are the best light timings. Would 10 hours with blue and 7 hours with both blue and white in the middle be ok. or should i shorten or lengthen this time. I wanted to use blues as viewing lights but i think 162w is going to be to much for this purpose.

8-10 hours full then just blue plus of an evening to simulate moonlight.

6 x 39w ATI t5 unit - 2 Actinic bulbs on for approx 10 hours, then remaining 4 (10k white, 2 x blue plus, pink) are on for 8 hours coming on an hour after the actinics and going off an hour before them.

i run my 400w halide for 6 hours a day.

LEDS and T5s for 9 hours a day.
