Lighting For A Plantted

hello there,
im a sparsholt student studying ornamental fish biology. i am just wondering what lights you would recomend for my 18" planted tank that i have in my dorm. the tank is 10" deep.

any help, would be greatfully appreciated(sp)

What kind of tank you after? High or low light?

High - 3 or more light tubes

Low - 1 or 2 tubes.
