Lighting For A 5.5 Gallon

Anyone know of where to get a 16" power compact fixture for a 5.5 gallon tank? I believe they're 24W if I'm not mistaken. I'm having a heck of a time searching around for one.

Or, as an alternative, does any company make a 16" dual-tube T8 fixture?

Would these 2 things work if I wired them in?? How would I get power to them, is it just twin and earth wired on a lighting circuit??
