Light Upgrade

I have VERY low light right now (<1 WPG) on my 60G and am considering upgrading my lighting. I don't want a ton of light, just enough to maintain healthy lower light plants. Is either of these better than the other?

As long as you stay at or below 2WPG. your on the medium tech stuff, Hopefully at that light you'll be dosing ferts and liquid CO2 anyway else you'll get a massive algae spike.
 
As for light units. There both T5's HO so it does not matter what one you go for Just note that the cheaper the unit the more likely the ballast will go quickly.
