I was wondering if there is any lights that are darker than the normal florecent neon lights? If a black light or blue light would be safe? Do they make any for aquarium hoods? My tank is super bright and the colors of the fish arent being brought out like they seem to be at the store.

I also have a 20 gallon tank and would like to know if anymore fish can be added.

I have:

1 molly
1 swordtail
3 guppies
1 platy
1 cory catfish
1 glass fish

so thats only 8 so far. Would if be bad if I added possibly a bumble bee fish and another catfish and possibly another molly? Or is that too many? And does anyone know anything about the bumblee bee fish? I saw them in a semi agressive tank at the store but they are smaller than my guppies and they only grow to be 1.25 inches? They dont seem like they could even harm my guppies but then again I dont know much about em.

Thanx.

A light with a high CRI (Colour rendering Index?) will show off the colours true to life. This is measured in %.
