Light Reflectors

Do these reflectors really increase the light intensity enough for them to be worth it? Who has them and what do you you think of them? Thanks

I wonder if aluminum foil would have the same effect.....

I have reflectors in my biggest tank. I got them with the tank, but I can say that my plants are growing really well. One of the is red tiger lotus which I believe needs a lot of light due to it being red.

Not sure about the foil thing but I interested in what people reckon because I am considering them for my cube.

i had white reflectors as standard in my hood...
i took them out and wrapped them in alu foil and the difference was very noticable
