Hello,
I was wondering if anyone knows the lifespan of the Albino C. Aeneus. I have a female that is 5 1/2 years old and she is not as active as she used to be. :thanks:

I'm not sure about C. Aeneus specifically, but most corydoras can live up to about 5 years.

Thanks for the quick reply. Like I said she is 5 1/2 years old. She probably dosen't have as much energy as she used to have. She just lays around most of the time now. She dosen't look sick, she's just not active. She's like me getting old. Again :thanks:

At five years your Cory is still a youngster, I have known of more than one C. aeneus to live past the age of 40. I several species that are still breeding and producing very good broods, C. sterbai at 15 + years, C139 at 11 years and my C. pygmaeus are at least 9 years old.
