Lid Alternatives I Dont Want A Lid But Is There Another

on my new 2ft tank i really dont want a lid but i also want a pyjama wrasse but is there a alternative like mesh as im scared of the pyjama jumping so i cant just have open top

any ideas

It might just be easier to make one. Just find something to make the frame from and cover it in mesh.

Im not to sure which types will be ok with salt water. I would think just the plastic mesh stuff you can get at garden centres woul work but im not to sure. Why is it you dont want a lid?

I use eggcrate on mine. Usually available in most home improvements stores. You can cut it to fit including around any filtration etc.

and nemo does the egg crate not block light out at all like project a grid pattern

Not at all Bae, doesn't change the light pattern at all, pic in my sig had the eggcrate on it if that's any help. I know tons of people who use eggcrate. It helps maintain the sleek look.
