Liartail (sp) Black Molly

I have a female Liartail Black molly that I have had for almost a month, and she hasnt had any babies..I was wondering if anyone knows how long they carry babies? Are they like Guppies, in how long they carry them? She looks real big and when I put her in the Breeders net she does nothing...I have a Guppies that is fixing to have her 2nd batch of babies (shes due tommorow) and this Molly has done nothing...I want to breed the Mollies too but I am not having any luck If any one can give me suggestions please do so..Thanks

a breeding trap would have been good as many of them have the option of a seperating slide in the middle i havent kept mollys before so dont know the gestation i would guess its around about the same as guppys. leve bearers this page might help a little

hi PJGuppies,
We have mollies too. Gestation seems to be 28 days or so. Usually just when you decide she's not gonna have them and put her back into the tank, she'll spill the fry!
