I know there was at least one member on here who is/claims to be an owner of a LFS. I would like to speak with anyone who owns one or can put me in touch with an owner. I am looking into opening one in my fair city and would like to speak of start up costs and operating costs.

I apologize...Im not sure exactly for what though. I was in a hurry when I put up my request for info, but it seemed clear enough to me. If you own an LFS plz pm me. No need to apologize, your writing is certainly adequit for an online forum, its definitely better than mine. However if you put a single PLZ or type on your proposal to a bank your credability will be dealth a serious blow.

LOL thats what you were talking about. I use abreviations like that strictly in an informal online situation...trust me I do know how to function in polite society, even in my girlfriend doesnt thing so.
