Hey guys my LFS has given me a quote can you guys tell me what you think and if i am missing anything.

What you guys think Missing anything??? price high???
Oh and also they don't use a overflow whirl with the sump just the 2 holes is this still ok?

i dont know the exact exchange rate but seems pretty expensive. Why buy protein skimmer, heater, pumps ect.. in ur lfs u can find it much cheaper online, also i thought u where going to build ur own sump will save a lot of money. Let them drill it for u thts always a good idea also what type of lights are they Bowini 3ft twin compact fluro how many watts they put out? Dont take all this the wrong way just think ur lfs might be rippin u of most do

Yea i know most do but i guess i got no place else to get any which i know will do the job. I was going to do the sump myself but knowing me i will mess up something, also don't know where to get the glass made up and so on....
I will pay them in cash so they lower the price.

Sounds like around about what you'd pay up here (brisbane) for something all new. I'll PM you the forums for the Marine Aquarium Society of Australia, you are bound to pick up a second hand complete set up for a bargain price, or if you want everything new it's sponsers have a few good sites for buying things online.
