there's my set up. water bowl, hides, humid hide with sphagnum moss in to help with shedding, food bowl, kitchen towel as a substrate.

then obviously a heat mat under there...

hide on the warm size

for the tank.. a 2ft x 1ft will do a single normal leo... obviously giants and super giants will need bigger.

squeeee i want your leo
where do you buy your heat pads?
what type of lid do you have on it? silly question i know i have a tupper ware tub too them measurements maybe bigger...
just wondering if it can be converted
and how do they get in the humid hide and what temp do you have it on?

and then ill need to find a breeder
the bloke at the pet place wants £94 for a leo
me thinks thats a little too steep!

haha well i finally got the other halfs tarrantula so its my turn hehe

most pet shops that sell reps will sell heat pads :D

the lid that came with the tub and then i drilled holes all over the top lol... and there's clips holding it down

there's a hole cut in the side for them :D temp is set at about 85F but does fluctuate a bit (82F - 88F usually)

depends what morph it is really... if its a normal then VERY steep, you can get them for bout £15!

also does the height matter?

not really... they live on the ground and dont cope with falls very well, so height really isnt needed.

ta guys think the other half needs persuading a little more...
or i just ask dad haha!
ill start buying bits for it over next few weeks and slowly move it in...

Esfa do you know any breeders?
