Led Moonlights

i had some of these hanging around not doing anything and put them under the hood and i think they looked great they are white led's insted of blue. is this suitable to use in the evenings??

guess you could use them as, dusk lights. bit white, imo, for moon lights

oh safe, yes! i should think so. i have looked at these myself, Crayfish tend to light low light for a long time, i have even looked at powering them from the mains. in the battery form, i cant see any problems, except that water may get in over time, this may cause rust, from the contacts, that may drip in the tank. but then we could all be killed by a comet, so anything is possible.
joking aside i see no issues with these, indeed lights like this may well be the way forward for the hobby. IMHO
