trying some other leds for main lights with bigger led driver soon!

If you have an old phone charger or similar 'brick' that plugs into the 240v mains and outputs 12v DC you should be able to connect it up to that.

just get any 12v dc adapter. cut the jack plug off, and connect the wires to the bare wires on the light strip. if it does not work, reverse the wires. you can make the connection with a "chocolate block" connector. honest it really is that simple.

Worth a quick note but please check the voltage ACTUALLY put out by your "12v" supply as Most of my "12V" supplies output up to 20v !

never come across that problem myself. as these lights have no resistors, its well worth checking.
