Led Lighting?

My aquarium has twin bar lighting and i find that the tank temperture goes up if i leave them on too long.

I was debating whether to get led lighting,does anyone use these and are they any good?

I haven't any live plants apart from moss balls.

or can you get lower wattage tubes?

I use LED's as the main lighting over a mixed Marine reef tank. They work fine for that, so any Freshwater application shouldn't be an issue with the correct LED's.
