Hey, so while i’ve had a fish tank for like almost a 7ish months now but, i still considered myself a beginner. Recently i upgraded my tank to a 29 gal and had questions about neon tetras . I was recommended Indian almond leaves, which i recently put in my aquarium. I have three in right now and have noticed some bubbles at the top of the tank which online says are from the leaves. Although i can’t find an answer for if it is dangerous. So is it or is it something i can just leave

It is not dangerous, though I doubt the bubbles are coming from dried leaves. Bubbles from live plant leaves are oxygen being released during photosynthesis, but a dead leaf is not going to be doing that. I suppose it might be CO2 from the decomposition of the dried leaves, I've never seen this but it may be feasible. Bubbles that appear all over the place right after a water change is CO2 dissipating out of the water; tap water can have a lot of dissolved CO2. None of these are dangerous.
