Leathers?

hi, not long now till 2008 plenty of drink for me on new years eve
i bought a leather yesterdat,it was looking lovley in the shop,bought it home put it in my tank.
the polyps started to come out after a few hours then they went back in again,they they came out and went back in again,now some of them are out but their is about 80% that have not opened yet?
is this normal as all the other leathers that i have in my tank opened more unless straight away,and the others are doing alright?

Yup, normal for it to go through this the first few days in your tank
