ive heard red ones are the most aggressive, and white ones are the least, veil tails are suppose to be generaly pieceful and plakets aggressive? is any of this true?
whats your experience with color and tail types against aggression.
which do you think is the least aggressive

I have 4 veiltails. My dark blue one is quite mellow and my blue/purple one is very shy.
My red is quite feisty but my yellow one is the most aggressive. He flares at everything!

I had a very aggressive red male once. I have a yellow one right now and he is calm and shy. But all the blues I have had were melow

I had a red before which was rather mellow, and a blue now which isn't too bad, only becomes aggressive during food time or if there's a new member in the tank.

My white vt, like clear fins and pure white, wont flare at anybody, and then theirs my black pk and my turquoise pk, who love to flair, my cts are also aggresive

CT's are supposed to be very agressive, mine are all a mixture, all have a different temprement

I honestly doubt that color has anything too do with temperment. As for tail types, generally crowntails and plakats are known to be the most "aggressive" but it really all depends on the individual personality of the fish.
