Leaches

Found these, l think leaches. Do I need to get rid of them. Only found 3 poss more. Found in my Nano tank on a almond leaf. Any help please.

I got one in a tank. I saw it swim off to the plants and I never saw it again. Not all leeches drink blood but if you see them, get them out.
They don't add anything to a tank such as eating algae, and are unsightly.
