Lake Inle tank mates question

The livestock of my project that I have mentioned yesterday are: 24 emerald dwarf danios, 10 sawbwa barbs and a small group of other tank mates ( i.e. Caridina var. babaulti, green) that live in the Lake. What freshwater crustaceans that live in the Lake that my LFS might sell and do these fish eat these shrimp?

Not really a good idea to keep crustaceans with fish other than small shrimp. I’d stick to tracking down your fish

I'm planning to add native shrimp into the tank, but worrying that the fish will eat them.

The native shrimp are large and farmed for eating. When I set up a Lake Inwe tank I used RCS.
Obviously this meant it wasn't a true biotype, but I struggled with finding authentic plants so that was never going to be the case.
