Kuile Loaches With The Following

When Ive finshed my tank i will have a mixture of 20-30 guppys and plattys. I also have a 4" clown pleco and a 4" humbug (which hasnt grown in over 2 yrs). I wanted 6 ish Kulie loaches... (I know i would have to cute down the guppys & plattys for the loaches)

But my Question is would i be allowed the loaches with the guppys & plattys?
And then would the loaches be alright with the pleco and humbug...

Asked LFS and they said at this time my humbug wouldnt bother them, but when he gets bigger they would be a tasty snake. But he also told me because my humbug hasnt grow in a while he wouldnt grow anymore anyways.

p.s A humbug catfish is a type of 'talking' catfish

How big is your tank, and what are the dimensions?

Because if im correct you have two bottom dwellers already (the plec + humbug) so if you had 6 khuli's there may be to many bottom dwellers.

I could be wrong though.

2.5 ft in length. 1 ft deep. My pleco hardly goes to the floor, More the glass if anything...

Also i would rather go without ther loaches then get shot of my pleco and humbug
