I'd say it depends on the size of the tank and how it is furnished. Are ADFs aggressive?

Yeah, I was just worried that the frog might be tempted and kuhlis can't really defend themselves. In a big tank they could all have somewhere to cotch though.

I have three Khulis with an ADF, they don't seem to even know the other is there If you mean an African Clawed Frog, then it might well be a different matter....

A regular sized kuhli would be fine, just an irregularly tiny one would be bit/eaten

I doubt it. I've never seen a faster fish than a Kuhli. They're as fast as Neons if not faster.
