I am about to get 3 Kuhlie Loaches and I'm wondering if they'll escape if I have holes in the hood. Will they?

we had one launch itself out of a 2"x1" cable hole in an hood...

Thankfully My wife happened to be walking past the tank when it happened and it made a full recovery.

IME, depends on the tank size. From a 29g, probably no. From a 10g, readily.

yep - Ours was from a 110L (29 US Gal)
