Kuhli Loaches In A 10 Gallon

Hey guys I am hoping to change my 10 gallon to a planted tank with the fluorite stuff as a substance would this be ok to keep kuhlis in and in so how many would I be able to keep in it?

This would be fine. You could keep like 2 or 3 in there.
