Kritter Keeper

Have any of you guys seen a Kritter Keepr at your LFS that is the exact same as the .5 gallon betta kits only there much bigger? They don't come with anyhting just the keeper but they look like they may be a good betta home. After christmas I'm probably going to buy one for my female betta!

where I work sell them like in the pic. the only thing I have noticed for them is a light fixture that will fit where the little plastic handle is on the lid of it. It sell seperately tho. good luck.... ohhh and they come in 3 sizes at work too.... can't remember off hand what the sizes are but I can check if you like for me to.

They are about 1 gallon. I use that for one of my cambodians. Those make for great betta homes! Like so:

If you could check blue angel hat would be nice. I think 2 of the sizes are 5 and 10 gallon but not sure of the other one! I wish I could find the light peice for one of them, how much does the light for them cost there and where you live?

Well unfortunately for you I live in the US in Indiana, but I am sure that if I can get you the info you need for it you can have a lfs order one for you. I will get it all for you when I go into work next okay.

those are called Small Pals Pens, and i think the Marina tanks are based on them ^^ cool little things, my not-so-LPS has them, a ton of them! all up the walls in all sizes, from the tiny .5g up to a 10g. the sizes are funky thought; 1.7g, 2.3g, etc etc. nice little tanks thought, you can fit the Hagen light on, and if you get a 2g you can outfit it with a smallish heater ^^
