I bought a pair of kribs, and they made babies and there were five survivors. This was about 2 months ago, three weeks ago i took the fry out and made a fry tank. BUT THE PAIRED UP PARENTS JUST WONT GET IT ON, Does it usually take a while for them to have another go at it? They hang around this cave all the time but nothing ever happens...I DONT UNDERSTAND HELP PLEASE

X2 mine did the same, anybody know why there not making more babies? Its been about 3 months since the last batch

give it a few more weeks. in the meantime, increase the frequency and/or size of your water changes. you might also want to consider "conditioning" your pair by feeding live or frozen worms and shrimp.

thanks alot man

its weird because they still do their mating dances and flirting and all that but they just wont lay the eggs

it makes me sad but ill try your method

I lost my male and now have around 25 females (in a breeding tank) that are difficult to re-home, my pair bred on a monthly basis and now the female just spawns for england.

All my fish are looking for new homes due to me moving over to a full African set up.
