I have a second koralia 4 that i want to run in my Rio400 when its ready to go, however it has a broken impeller, the impeller itself has come free from the magnet part could i use aquarium safe silicone to re attache so the magnetpart/impeller part turn un unison again?

if i know of what ur trying to say the same happened to me! are you talking about the red joiner ball and socket part, i snapped that and used an epoxy glue to stick it back together onlyproblem now is that i can't move it in the directions i want

just an update, whilst out collecting things for the Rio400 marine tank i got some aquarium safe silicone to try fix this koralia 4

i siliconed i left to dry and voila the impellor turned along with the maget base a treat, we'll see if it survives full on working when the tank is full of RO and salt
