Koi Carp

My boss has just bought a new house, complete with Koi pond, 8 mature fish plus lots of babies.

he literally knows nothing at all about them. can anyone point me in the right direction for info on them. ie: general basics etc.. a forum or website would be great.

he has been told not to feed at all over the winter. it says there to feed once every other day.

not sure which is correct. any ideas?

When the temperature goes below 10c then dont feed. But... if they are still actively searching for food then he can try a pellet or two but deffinately stop at 5c
