I'm getting 2 baby rats (kittens) on sept 4th, one of them is a topaz berkshire female. Below is a picture of the litter she s from;

yay!, rats make awesome pets, get them a nice big cage with lots of toys and play with them a lot at an early age and you will have dog like little companions!

i've currently got 4 does, i have a rescue neutered male enroute to me and i have a 'tower' cage coming tomorrow

Sounds lovely, they make great pets for children
