Caught the crabbies being funny yesterday, one was on top of their crabhut and this guy crawled to the top and knocked him off flat on his back

They're real cuties; I love hermit crabs but unfortuntely my mum doesn't. Your pics are really clear!

as always, hermit crabs make me happy.

i wish someone would post a video of one of them crawling. i'm having difficulty envisioning how they move about. do they just sort of drag themselves, or is it more of a scurry?

either way, i find myself thinking that he should be raising a little flag on top of that hut, to signifiy conqoured territory.

We got new shells today and it was like Christmas morning! Two crabbies have already switched, the third is buried under the substrate, otherwise I'm sure he'd switch too

I used to have hermit crabs, though they never lasted long for some reason. Heated, new water every day, new shells, they've always died

Did you give them saltwater too oppositearmor? That's why the ones I had as a kid always died...
