On one side of my divided aquarium, there are bubbles on the sides. I cleaned the aquarium earlier today and bubbles were all over the walls of the tank, as they usually are. But they've pretty much all disappeared on one side of the tank, but the other side has just as many as before. What could have caused this?

That happens when you do a large water change, perhaps the water flow is not as strong on that side and therefore the bubbles are still hanging on. They'll go away

Sometimes when they rub up against the side some of the bubbles transfer onto them, which is funny.
