khulii loach color change?

My coolie loach is turning white? what is wrong? i have read some things on the internet about this. The internet said that it could be sheding skin. is that correct?

Nope khuli loachs don't shed their skin but they will go very pale if is stressed, but are your recent current water stats please like ammonia, nitrates and nitrites?
