Yeah IMO it can be done

Give me an hour or so and I will give you some answers on the costings

:) :)

a fish only tank would be pretty straightforward.
if you want to keep corals, you will need to spend a bit more, and do some fairly major modding - it might be cheaper and easier to buy a setup intended for marines.

also, it's quite a small tank for marines - which makes it more difficult to look after, and means you can only keep a few small fish.

This is just a quick List of items that are mostly imperative (IMO)

Right then I am going to work on the assumtion that you will be initially going for a Fish only tank and then gradulay onto some soft corals

BioStar Flotor Skimmer 115.00
Powerheads 60.00 (for 3 x 1500)
Lighting 60.00 2 x T5 Power Comapcts & Ballests (1 x 55w & 24w Actinic)
External Filter 40.00 – 80.00
RO Unit (50gpd) 60.00
Heater/s 30.00
Live Rock (12kg) 9.00 – 12.00 per kg
Test Kits – Salifert 50.00
Salt (Instant Ocean 25kg) 49.99
Hydrometer 19.00
Or even better
Refracometer 35.00

This is really just the basic, you will also need this like Phophate & Nitrate removers,Food, Nets, medicines, Marine Keeping Books, RO Containers, Buckets

Also have a look at This link, I added most places to get some of the above items

Show me the money :D :D :D

Or just do as I did and MAX the Credit Card :-( :-( :-( :-(

and them a year later buy a bigger tank and do it all over again

Dont know why I am laughing :byebye: :byebye:
