Juwel Tank Heaters

I have a Juwel Rio 125 two weeks ago the heater broke problem is there is a piece of glass stuck in the bottom of the filter can anyone suggest a way to get it out i have tried for almost an hour but got fed up with it. If i cannot get it out would it be ok to still go ahead and put the new heater in.

hi lil
apart from totally emptying the tank and turning it upside down
there is another method.
get a pick up tool from a hardware place, b&Q car parts shop etc

make sure that if you do get one of these that you de-grease it before use, wash in soapy water and rinse thouroughly, leave to air dry.

yes, and they are usefull for all sorts of grabbing jobs, where your arms can't go.
