Juwel T5 Hight Light For Rio180?

Hi, I just picked up a Juwel Rio 180 last night which I bought from ebay, It comes with the old style lights (T8's) but no tubes.

Seeing I have to buy new tubes, I was thinking of upgrading to the T5's that the newer tanks use.

Does anyone know where I can get these from and if they are just as easy to fit?

I updated mine, got them from Aqua essentials, don't forget the rubber seals
