Hi all,
Well after much debate as to if I did really want to give up on my big tank, I have reached the decision that I just don't have the time, space or money to start it up again.
Its a Black Rio 300, with the matching cabinet. Its about 3 years old now, but hasn't been used for about 8 months as its been sat in the garage waiting for a new owner.
sizes and what it needs:
Light tube: 2 x 38W 42" (these are included - but you may want to replace them)
Juwel Filter System: Jumbo (I've got most of the sponges still - but again, new set ups should have new filter media)
Power head: 402 (includes)
Heater: 200W (included)
Volume approx. 300 litres
Aquarium Cabinet (included)
width =121 cm
depth = 51 cm
height = 62 cm width = 121 cm
depth = 51 cm
height = 73 cm
The tank was previously used (before I emptied and moved it) for tropical fish - but this doesn't mean it can't be used for other types of fish - i.e cold or marine.
