Juwel Rio 125 Powerhead

Hi all,

The powerhead in my Juwel Rio 125 has started to sound like a tractor engine. It's been in use for over 3 years.

I've cleaned it out completely but it hasn't made any difference.

Do I just replace the impeller or is it worth getting a different powerhead?

If it needs changing, what makes and models will fit?

Hi again,

So I bought a new impeller online which arrived today.

It's even noisier!

Time for a new pump I think.

Juwel or other?
