As explained above, the tank is in good condition, very minor watermarks at the top of glass (but covered by the lid). This 2ft Juwel tank has one of those built-in black boxes in one corner to house the sponge filters, pump and thermostat. I know of some people who have managed to remove this box and put a different type of filter in place.

I have the sponge filters (cleaned and in v good condition) and the little internal filter pump (the impeller on these can be temperamental and need a few taps to get it spinning e.g. when it's been turned off for tank maintenance).

The light will need replacing as it had started to flicker now and then before I shut that tank down.

Sorry, I don't have the thermostat (heater) for this tank. When I closed the tank down and took the heater out of the black box, I saw it had a build-up of limescale on it so I threw it away as I didn't think anyone would want it.

I can also add some lovely rounded gravel and a hidey cave to the offer, if you'd like.

Regards, Athena
